Biography

Otto Woffek played both singles and doubles at the 1920 Antwerpen Olympics, alongside [František Týř] in the doubles. Playing Britain’s [Alfred Beamish] Woffek lost in straight sets in the first round singles. Woffek lost in the semi-finals of the 1927 Hainz Memorial, a tournament held in honor of Bohemian Olympic tennis player [Jaroslav Hainz], who was killed in World War I.
