Biography

Max Tarnogrocki, whose real name was Friedrich-Wilhelm, was an 800 runner who competed at the 1928 Amsterdam Olympics, but was eliminated in the heats. The same year he was runner-up at the German Championships. In 1925 he was German champion with the 3x1,000 relay. By profession he was a lawyer, economist and tax accountant.

Personal Best: 800 – 1:54.4 (1928).
