Biography

Harry Sindle sailed the Flying Dutchman class at the 1960 Olympics along with [Robert Wood]. In 1959 Sindle and Wood won gold at the 1959 Pan American Games in the same class. Sindle attended Rutgers University and sailed out of the Lavallette Yacht Club and the Ware River Yacht Club. He later sailed mostly in Buccaneer boats, a non-Olympic class. Sindle worked as a manager of Gloucester Yachts.
