Biography

Holger Seebach played football with Boldklubben 1913 in Odense and Odense Boldklub before switching to Akademisk Boldklub (AB) in København in 1945. He played with AB until the end of his career in 1956 and won Danish titles with them in 1945, 1947, 1951, and 1952. Seebach was an attacker who tried to score from all angles, and was known as “always-good-for-a-goal Seebach.” He was capped with the Danish national team 17 times between 1947-53 and scored 9 goals, and competed at the 1948 and 1952 Olympics, winning bronze in 1948 and being losing in the quarter-finals in 1952.
