Biography

Joseph McLoughlin rowed for the Ravenswood Boat Club of New York at the 1904 Olympics. He partnered [John Hoben] in the double sculls, winning a silver medal. In 1905 he and Hoben joined the Seawanhaka Boat Club in New York.
