Maurice Lysen played at either number two or as a back and played in both Belgiumâs defeats, by Great Britain and the United States, at the 1920 Olympics. He played for the Antwerp Polo Club and won a couple of tournaments in the city in 1908 before helping them to win the Belgian Championship in 1911. His older brother Edouard was a friend of [Alfred Grisar] and was one of the four men who helped Grisar in the formative years of the Beerschot Football and Athletic Club in 1899.
