Biography

West German light-middleweight boxer Ulrich Kienast reached the quarter-finals at the 1956 Melbourne Olympics. He then lost his bout to Briton [John McCormack] when the referee stopped the contest in the third round. In 1956 and 1958 he was the West German national champion.
