Lloyd Kelsey competed for the US tug-of-war team that finished fourth at the 1920 Antwerpen Olympics. Kelsey was in the US Army in 1920. He was stationed at Camp Funston, Kansas, with the Supply Company of the 8th Field Artillery, where he worked as a wagoner.
