Nikolaos Karydias competed in tennis at the 1906 Athina Olympics, but did not have much of an Olympic career. He played only singles, and was matched in the first round against the eventual gold medalist [Max Décugis], who won 6-0, 6-0. Karydias was a native of Smyrna but nothing else is known of his life.
