Karin Jarl-Sakellarios was an Austrian sculptor, mainly a ceramist. She was married to sculptor Victor Sakellarios (1884-?), and was the daughter of sculptor Otto Jarl (1856-1915), who was born in Sweden but then moved to Austria, and who was well-known for his animal sculptures. Karin herself worked for long years for the Wiener Porzellanmanufaktur Augarten (Vienna Porcelain Manufactory Augarten), and also created mainly animal porcelain figures. Her best known figures were the ones from the Spanish Riding School of Wien (Vienna).
