Robert Horne was one of just three men, along with [J Braid] and [Timothée Jordan] to score double figures for France in their first innings against Great Britain in 1900. His total of 15 was bettered only by Braidâs 25. In 1910, ten years after his Olympic exploits, Horne played for France in a quadrangular tournament, that was part of the Brussels International Exhibition, involving teams from The Netherlands, Belgium and the MCC.
