Biography

The Swiss author Louis Grivel from Lausanne was even better known under his pen name “Doug”. He wrote many lyrics for songs, theater plays and operettas, mostly collaborating with composers [Roger Moret] and Carlo Boller. In addition, he was the author of a number of novels including Le challenge Maxwell : Roman sportif a sport novel published in 1927.
