Frank Crowley won the AAU 5K in 1934. He was also third in the AAU 1,500 in 1931 and second in 1932. He competed for Manhattan College and the NYAC. Crowley won the 2-mile race at the 1934 NCAA Meet. In his honor, the Crowley Brothers 10K Road Race is held annually in Rutland, Vermont, which is where he lived. He worked as a salesman for a brewery. Crowley was inducted into the Manhattan College Athletic Hall of Fame in 1980.

Personal Bests: 1,500 – 3:53.6 (1932); Mile – 4:14.4 (1931); 2 miles – 9:22.4 (1934).
