André Collin was a Belgian painter and draftsman of landscapes and figures. He studied at the Academy in Brussels under Jean-François Portaels and in Paris under Jules Lefebvre-Boulanger. In his villa Quisiana in the seaside resort Blankenberge he received fellow painters. One of his friends, the art patron, left Collin the castle Ronfay in Orchamps, where he lived until 1918. The title of his work is unknown. Strangely, there are no indications of Collin working as an architect.
