Biography

Marcel Artélèsa was a defender who earned 21 caps with the French National team from 1963-66. He also played at the 1966 FIFA World Cup. Artélèsa started his senior career with Troyes from 1959-61 and then joined AS Monaco, playing there until 1966, winning the 1963 French Championship, and the 1963 Coupe de France. He spent his final years playing for Marseille (1966-68), Nice (1968-69), CA Paris-Neuilly (1969-70), and back with Troyes (1970-73).
