It’s funny, though, looking back at how pedestrian Werffel’s numbers are compared to some of today’s players. Todays top QBs simply don’t throw ints. Do you think that’s because there is more emphasis on them not making mistakes? Is it a byproduct of the proliferation of the spread offenses? Are the QBs better?
