We're very excited to announce a new update to Stathead that incorporates a wide range of new advanced stats from Pro Football Reference. Previously, these stats were available on the season, team, and player pages of PFR, but now you can use the searching ability of Stathead to discover the answers to more questions using that data.

This update includes:

• Passing stats that measure throwing distance, QB accuracy, pressure faced by the QB, and play types like RPOs, play action, and scrambles.
• Rushing stats that measure yards before and after contact, as well as broken tackles
• Receiving stats that measure yards before or after the catch, drops, ADOT, and passer rating when targeted
• Defensive stats that measure QB pressures, hits, knockdowns, and more for pass rushers; coverage success for pass defenders; and missed tackles for all defenders

These stats are available for both players and teams, so you can see the pressure rate faced by Mitchell Trubisky or Kenny Pickett, or the total pressure rate faced by Steelers QBs this year. They're also available on a single game or season-long level, so you can search for the Week 4 leaders, or the leaders in Weeks 3-4, or the leaders all season.
