The Olympic Men's Doubles championship was won by Beals Wright and Edgar Leonard, who defeated Robert LeRoy and Alphonzo Bell in the finals, 6-4, 6-4, 6-2. The newspaper report was as follows, "The teamwork of the winners was superb, while LeRoy and Bell were not far behind the champions in skill. Wright and Leonard have played together before and know each other's style well enough to be able to anticipate just where the ball would next be sent. Their victory was a well-earned one."
