Biography

Vic Zwolak was NCAA steeplechase champion in 1963. At the AAU meet he placed sixth in 1959 and second in 1963 in the steeple. He competed for Villanova and Ridley Striders.

Personal Bests: Mile – 4:05.1 (1962); 2 miles – 8:52.8i (1965); 5000 – 14:26.4 (1963); 6 miles – 30:42.4 (1963); 3000S – 8:42.0 (1964).
