Biography

Dmitry Voskoboynikov played most of his career in one club – Burevestnik Moskva, except short spells to CSKA Moskva in 1963 and 1966. In both of these years he won Soviet title with CSKA Moskva. Voskoboynikov played with the Soviet national team from 1962-1966 and won Olympic gold in 1964, World Championships title in 1962 and World Cup in 1965. He also won bronzes at the 1966 World Championships and 1963 European Championships.
