Biography

Besides his Olympic silver medal, Nikolay Tatarinov was a world team champion from 1957-59. He also won an individual bronze in 1957 at the World Championships. After finishing his modern pentathlete career in 1962, Tatarinov took up tennis and has been quite successful in senior tournaments in his 60s and 70s.
