Biography

In 1935 and 1936 Roy Staley twice set or equaled world records for the 120y hurdles, although only the 1935 record was ratified by the IAAF. Staley was second in the 1937 AAU high hurdles. At the NCAAs, he finished fourth in 1935-36 and second in 1937, running for Southern Cal.

Personal Best: 120yH – 14.1 (1936).
