Hans Schlottmann

Full name: Hans Schlottmann
Gender: Male
Country: GER Germany

German architect Hans Schlottmann was a longtime construction manager under [Werner March] for the Waldbühne (Forest Stage) at Berlin’s Olympic Stadium. Schlottmann was drafted into the Wehrmacht in 1939 and received special holidays for his work as an architect. This special scheme later did not apply to members of the Wehrmacht, thus Schlottmann had to enlist again in March 1941. He became a prisoner towards the end of the war, captured by the Russians, and was returned to Germany only in 1949.
