Biography

Römer was also coach of the German national team from 1924 to 1934. In that time ice hockey coaches in Germany were also players.

With his club Berliner SC he became German Champion 1924 - 1926, 1928 – 1933 and 1936, played 47 international caps, scored 6 goals and became European Champion 1930 and 1934. Later he was inducted into the German Hall of Fame for Ice Hockey.
