Biography

Ivie Richardson played singles and doubles at the 1924 Olympics, losing the bronze medal match in doubles to place fourth, playing with [Jack Condon]. Richardson was South African singles champion in 1925. He played one Davis Cup tie for South Africa, losing a 1924 match to Britain’s [Patrick Wheatley]. Richardson played singles and doubles at Wimbledon in 1924, losing in the fourth round in singles and the second round in doubles.
