Biography

Mattiline Render was a sprinter who ran for Tennessee State University and Temple University, and represented the New York Police Athletic League. She was primarily used internationally as a relay runner, winning a gold medal at the 1971 Pan American Games in the 4×100 (with Iris Davis and the non-Olympians Orien Brown and Patricia Hawkins), and running in six different international dual meets from 1969-73. In 1971 she also ran on a world-record setting 4×110 yard relay team (with Iris Davis and the non-Olympians Diane Hughes and Debbie Wedgeworth).

Personal Bests: 100 – 11.4 (1972); 200 – 24.4 (1968).
