Biography

Richard Quinn was the dominant figure in Scottish walking in the early years of the century. At the time, the 3 miles was the only walking event at the Scottish Championships and Quinn won the title for seven successive years (1904-10).

Personal Bests: Mile Walk – 6:45.6 (1910); 2 mile Walk – 14:21.6 (1911); 3 mile Walk – 21:50.6 (1909).
