Biography

Orestes Quintana rowed for Spain at the 1900 Olympics, but also played football for FC Barcelona and Universitari. He also served as a football referee and practice gouret, and early form of indoor hockey. He died only a few years after the 1900 Olympics from pulmonary tuberculosis.
