Biography
Russell Payne won the AAU steeplechase in 1925. He was also second in that event in 1924 and 1926 and third in 1923, and he finished second in the AAU 10K in 1927. He ran for Ohio State and the Illinois AC. Personal Best: 3000S – 9:47.1 (1924). |
