Dorothy Odam-Tyler had the following podium finishes at major championships: 2nd in the 1936 Olympics High Jump, 2nd in the 1948 Olympics High Jump; 1st in the 1938 British Empire Games High Jump (as Miss Dorothy Odam), 1st in the 1950 British Empire Games High Jump, 2nd in the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games High Jump.
