Biography

Joe Mullins finished fourth in the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games 4×440 yards relay (with Terry Tobacco, Doug Clement, and George Shepherd) and was eliminated in the heats of the 880 yards.

Personal Bests: 400 – 48.9y (1959); 800 – 1:48.3 (1959); 1500 – 3:53.45 (1960).
