Biography

Not much is known about Charles Mulder. Competing at the 1924 and 1928 Winter Olympics, he earned the first Winter Olympic medal for Belgium in bobsleigh. Competing in Chamonix with brakesmen René Mortiaux, Paul Van den Broek, Victor Verschueren and Henri Willems, Mulder steered the bob to third place in all runs, earning a bronze medal overall.
