Biography

Robert Murray was the founder of the first small-bore rifle club in Britain and later served as chairman, secretary, and treasurer of the Rumson Miniature Rifle Club. Apart from his gold medal in the team event at the 1912 Olympics, Murray also placed fifth in the small-bore individual event with disappearing targets and sixth in the small-bore individual event from any position.
