Adriana Millard had the following podium finishes at major championships\: 2nd in the 1951 Pan American Games 4×100 metres Relay (with Betty Kretschmer and the non-Olympians Eliana Gaete and Kreft), 3rd in the 1951 Pan American Games 200 metres. She also competed in the 1951 Pan American Games 100 metres and finished fifth.
