Biography

Jim McCoy played for the US at the 1964 Winter Olympics. He played college hockey for the University of Minnesota, after starring in high school at De LaSalle High, where he was named Minnesota All-State Junior. McCoy played one known year of minor league hockey, with the Minnesota Nationals of the US Hockey League in 1967-68. He later coached youth hockey teams.
