Biography

David McMackon’s greatest success in trap shooting came at the 1908 Summer Olympics where, alongside George Beattie, Walter Ewing, Mylie Fletcher, George Vivian, and Arthur Westover, he won a silver medal in the team event. He also competed individually and finished joint-12th, with Great Britain’s James Pike.
