Maurice Mandrillon won an Olympic bronze medal in the military patrol event at Chamonix in 1924. He was the brother of [Camille Mandrillon], who was the first Winter Olympic athlete to recite the Athletes’ Oath at a Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony, doing so in 1924. Little else is known of his life.
