Biography

Jim Maki competed for the US at two Winter Olympics, despite taking off most of the 1977-79 seasons. He continued competing in masters meets and was US Masters II Level Champion in 1988, 1993, and 1997. He has run the Jim Maki Body Shop in Coleraine, Minnesota for many years. In 2008 Maki was inducted into the American Ski Jumping Hall of Fame.
