Biography

Max Ludwig became a bronze medal winner in the four-man at the 1932 Winter Olympics at Lake Placid together with Hanns Kilian, Hans Mehlhorn and Sebastian Huber, and placed seventh with Werner Huth in the two-man event. Together with Huth he won the German Championship in 1931. Ludwig earned his living as a painter.
