Biography

Ray Lewis had the following podium finishes at major championships: 3rd in the 1932 Olympics 4×400 metres Relay; 2nd in the 1934 British Empire Games 4×440 yards Relay (with Bill Fritz and the non-Olympians Art Scott and John Addison). In the 1934 British Empire Games 440 yards Lewis was eliminated in the semi-finals.

Personal Best: 400 – 48.5y (1934).
