Biography

Pierre Lebréton played singles and doubles at the 1900 Olympics, losing in the first round of both events. He played doubles with [Paul Lecaron]. Lebréton was French doubles champion in 1897 and 1899-1900, playing each year with Paul d’Aymé, the French singles champion in 1897-1900. Lebréton was runner-up to d’Aymé at the 1899 French Championships, and lost the final again in 1901 to André Vacherot. Lebréton never managed a major singles title, but was runner-up at the Paris International in 1901-02, the 1901 European Championship, and the 1901 Boulogne Invitational.
