Julien Lebas had the following podium finishes at major championships: 2nd in the 1946 European Championships 4×100 metres Relay (with René Valmy and the non-Olympians Agathon Lepève and Pierre Gonon). In the 1946 European Championships 200 metres Lebas finished fifth.
