Kim Layton was from Montana and was in the US Air Force in 1968 when she competed at the Winter Olympics. She was based at Holloman Air Force Based in New Mexico. Layton later lived in Reno and became quite a good masters distance runner. In 1998, she won the 55 and over division at the California International Marathon, finishing in the very good time of 2-48:51. |
