Biography

Edward Knourek won the AAU pole vault in 1917 and 1921-22, tieing for first in 1922. In 1920 he founded the American Machinery Exchange, a company that manufactured and sold woodworking machinery.

Personal Best: PV – 3.96 (13-0) (1922).
