Biography

After winning the Big Ten championship in 1908 with a career best of 12-4 (3.76), Jacobs was in a three-way tie for third at the London Olympics. Jacobs, who attended both Albion College and the University of Chicago, twice set world indoor records and had a best indoor vault of 12-3.
