Biography

Francisco Huerta won bronze in the 4000 m individual pursuit at the 1971 Pan American Games. At the 1975 Pan American Games he won gold with the road time trail team (with Rodolfo Vitela, Ceferino Estrada, and José Castañeda), silver in the 4000 m individual pursuit, and bronze with the pursuit team (with Francisco Vázquez, Rubén Camacho, and the non-Olympian Ernesto Hernández).
