Biography

Stefan Höck had his best years in the mid-1980s, winning his first major race in 1985 at Antholz. After winning his Olympic silver biathlon relay medal in 1988 together with Ernst Reiter, Peter Angerer and Fritz Fischer, he retired after the 1988-89 season. Höck also finished 26th in the 10 km sprint biathlon at Calgary.
