Biography

Leonard Howe won the IC4A 220y hurdles in 1908-09 and was 120y hurdles champion in 1909. He placed fourth in the high hurdles at the 1908 high hurdles, but this meet served as a qualifier for the Olympic team and Howe was placed on the team based on his performance there. He competed for Yale.

Personal Best: 110H – 15.4 (1909).
