Biography

César Herrera won gold in quadruple sculls (with Nelson Simon, Roberto Quintero, and the non-Olympian Miguel Castro) at the 1979 Pan American Games and silver in quadruple sculls (with Arturo Salfran and the non-Olympians Alberto Castro and Orestes Vega) at the 1983 Pan American Games.
