Biography

Eddy Gutiérrez had the following podium finishes at major championships: 2nd in the 1975 Pan American Games 4×400 metres Relay (with Alberto Juantorena, Carlos Álvarez, and Dámaso Alfonso). Gutiérrez also finished fifth in the 400 metres at the 1975 Pan American Games.

Personal Best: 400 – 45.3 (1976).
